RETURN POLICY

At Kanaka Koa our customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in the condition it was received within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and brief explanation of the problem.

All returns are handled immediately.

Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your billing statement.

Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.

Recipients who would like to exchange an item should contact info@KanakaKoa.com.

We will respond to your email within 48 hours.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship through UPS/FEDEX.

Shipping time can take anywhere from 3-7 days depending on location. We'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorization.
